Do I need to record Tax Credit payments? (Self-Employed)

Hello,

I’m wondering if I have to record my “Tax Credit / Child Tax Credit” on my account as a normal income?
I’m confused because this benefits is for a couple not only for me.

Hi @gicu

Generally Child Tax Credit is paid to the parents of the child and not a business. Even as self-employed, this wouldn’t normally be income in relation to your business.

However, I’m not an accountant.
