Do I need to renew this at the moment? I’m not sure I need to with how I currently use my account.

Notification of subscription renewal

For future reference the account usage report is at https://<yourcompany>.quickfile.co.uk/account/usagereport and should be accessible even if your subscription has expired - it would make sense for @QFSupport to include that link somewhere on the renewal notice page as currently the only way to navigate to it if you don’t already know the URL is via the “all settings page”… which is inaccessible if your subscription has expired.

This is how to find out what your current usage level is in terms of the size tiers - 1000 or more ledger entries in the last 12 months means a subscription is required, but even if you’re below that level there are some functions that are only available with a subscription and if you use any of those you’ll need to renew anyway.

I’ve just checked your account size and it’s showing as fewer than 1000 nominal ledger entries in the past 12 months, so at the moment renewal is optional, however, you may lose some functionality if you do not renew.
