I am aware of the facility to add custom folders with a title of choice, however there a couple of default folders that are out the scope and therefore are not used.
Companies House Corresespondence - change to - Insurance Correspondence
Money Laundering ID - change to - Personal Correspondence
Is there a way to do a CSS file to change these?
These folders aren’t flexible like the custom folders, so there isn’t a way to hide them or remove them unfortunately.
You could possibly use a bit of CSS to remove them, and a bit of JavaScript / jQuery to rename them on the face of it. Although they are mentioned in various places, so it may be a bit of hassle to change them all using this way. Even if you did this, the underlying URL would still feature the original name for them which is used by the system.
I can certainly update this to a feature request if you wish, and we could perhaps look at hiding the un-needed ones, if there’s a demand there (and it’s feasible)?
