Document Manager Hanging?

I initiated a download yesterday - it’s showing initiated. Can I cancel this? Is there an issue with the downloading of files?

@JDPAssociate - Just a quick one to let you know that the jobs have now been processed, but wouldn’t have generated an email to notify you. You can however access this from the document manager:

We’re working on a fix for the email side of this, and will update this post again when this has been resolved.
