i was trying to download my receipt from the document manager. when i did it last year i was able to select the date range I wanted to download. This is also shown in the how to guide. But today you only seem to be able to download via year which is not very helpful when a tax year covers 2 years. Am i’m i being stupid and have missed something or for some reason have you removed this feature.

The criteria was changed not to long ago as large date ranges were being entered which were causing the files to hang and fail as they were being generated.
is there another way of downloading my receipts. as i like to keep a backup with my tax return. could you tweak the download dates from a year like 2022 to a tax year 2022-23 which would be a 12 month and have the same amount of data in it.

Unfortunately there is no one size fits all solution for this.
Some people like to download receipts based on:
- The tax year.
- The calendar year.
- Annual Vat period dates.
Based on the data we have we went with the most common solution of downloading
I personally preferred the old way.
The only solution now, is to download 2 years, the period your account run over, and delete the copies that fall outside your trading tax period.
