Hi, as a sole trader I don’t have a business account - am I able to still download my statements via your App? Currently my online banking doesn’t have a download in CSV, only PDF.

Is it a HSBC personal account, by any chance?
We support HSBC business accounts on our Chrome Extension, but not personal accounts as they don’t supply a CSV download option.
