I cannot change my draft invoice to sent, even when I click on the ‘flag invoice as sent’ I am using chrome on windows 10
Ok, just tried it in Firefox and it works fine, so it is a chrome issue. so I’ll continue in firefox
I’ve just tried in Chrome and not experienced any issues. Are you using any plug ins, or preventing pop ups for the site at all?
When you click this option do you see a progress indicator or any indication that something has happened? Have you installed any Chrome extensions recently?
I may be suppressing popups, I don’t know. How do I check this please?
- Open Chrome
- Find a page that has pop-ups blocked for you
- At the end of the address bar, click the pop-up blocker icon .
- Click the link for the pop-up window that you’d like to see
- To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always show pop-ups from quickfile.co.uk

Yep, that’s what it was, I was suppressing pop ups in chrome.
