Dropbox - files are not syncing

Dropbox integration has stopped working. Tried all the suggested checks. Can you help?

Just to confirm:

  • All files meet the size requirements
  • They’re all of supported file types
  • No errors appear if you manually refresh Dropbox
  • You don’t already have files in the receipt hub by the same name

If that’s all correct, then we can take a further look at this for you
