I’ve entered a pre-payment three times instead of once because after pressing “Save” nothing appeared to happen? It was only when I came out that particular client’s file and then went back in I could see the multiple entries. How can I remove two of them?

When viewing that client, if you go to View > All Payments, you should see the two prepayments listed there.
You can simply delete them by pressing ‘X’ on that line.

Hi, I’m sorry to hijack this thread but I wanted a little more information on what happens when those two duplicate transactions are deleted - do they show as deleted transactions in the journal or do they simply “disappear”? Thanks in advance.

When you delete a payment/transaction, it’s deleted completely.
