Hi everyone, was delighted that Quickfile made eBay manged payments available to integrate. As a long time Quickfile paid subscriber and eBay seller the payment method has taken over from Paypal which provided integrated fees information. Unfortunately I have a gap of the eBay managed payments logs as only realised later that this service was activated. The data won’t upload as a .csv file and Quickfile state that it’s not available before activating the bank feed. I’m in need of the eBay sales data from the early managed payments. Hoping that there is a workaround for this. Any help gratefully received… Best regards, Mark

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with this, could you provide me with any further information on why the .csv won’t upload please? Are you seeing any errors when you’re trying to upload it?
