EC Sales submission to HMRC failed after successful VAT submission

Hi,
After submitting VAT return without a problem I tried to submit the EC Sales.

Could not complete it as I got the following error
EC Sales submission to HMRC failed.
By Gateway: Authentication Failure. The supplied user credentials failed validation for the requested service.

As VAT return was successfully transferred are the credentials for EC Sales different?
Where can I check them?

Have you got EC Sales credentials saved in your VAT settings, or is it just the MTD link?

If it’s the latter, you would need to set your credentials in the VAT settings. EC Sales isn’t yet part of MTD.
