Looking at the support videos I can see that there are crosses to delete some items in charts of accounts. I do not have these crosses. I also don’t seem to be able to edit. I know there are some that I won’t be able to change. I only have view and options. The options only allow me to view. I am the primary contact so I have administrative rights. Can anyone help me?
