Sorry if this is already answered in a previous post, I haven’t been able to find it. Is it possible to edit the email sent to clients asking them to setup a DD authorisation? We would like to offer in the same email other payments options for client who don’t like DDs.

I’m afraid there’s no way to edit the email, however there is an option to just grab the authorisation link, you can then embed this into your own email.
If you have many clients and you’d prefer to automate this process there is also an API method you can use, if you’re prepared to build your own system.
