When we receive email notifications regarding Estimate # Accepted I would like to be able to customise these emails with a bit more information like customers name and email address
An option to review “automated messages” used would be a useful facility so that the proforma contents are similar to the “routine emails” can be amended to fit the business. Perhaps the option to respond with a “routine email” Estimate Accepted would be an easier way of providing this facility.
