Can we unlock the above post so i can comment on it?
I still have 100% failure rate on sending estimates / invoices, have tried sending out quite a few recently, none are received by the customers, but i receive the CC’d copy to myself OK. I then have to forward them on from outlook to the customers.
What smtp service are you using? If it’s your own server do you see anything useful in the logs? Does your domain have SPF set up? Have you tried setting yourself up as a client on some other email address (e.g. a throwaway gmail account) and issuing yourself a dummy invoice so you can see exactly what your customers see (in case there’s a difference between the way QuickFile does the client email and the cc me)?
As @ian_roberts suggests, it’s worth checking the mail server logs. If this isn’t something you have access to, contact your hosting provider who should be able to look into this further. If there are any issues on their end, then it should show up there.
I have located your account however and taken a quick look. As far as QuickFile can tell all invoices are sending fine, which suggests there is an issue on the mail server which is preventing them from being sent. I did run a quick test using my own email address and this was delivered all OK.
Let us know what your hosting provider says and hopefully we can try and help further.
