Email my receipts - blocked email address?

Part of my till software is a feature that automatically emails a PDF end of day to email addresses which in turn is my till reading for the day and I attach it to the invoice i create. I have added do_not_reply@ikentoo.com to the list to tell Quickfile what addresses it will come from, but it doesn’t show up in the receipts page. Do you have a filter for these types of addresses. The email comes through fine on personal email.

We do have some filters in place, but I have checked these are there is nothing there from that email address. Do you have confirmation that it was sent? E.g. does it show in a log or sent folder?

I would however advise against using the ikentoo email address and email it in from one of your own (whether this is personal or for the business).

In particular, a given email address can only send receipts to one QuickFile account so if anyone else uses the same system and tried the same thing you’d get their receipts in your hub too (or they’d get yours).
