Email occasionally not working

There are a couple of occasions the system doesn’t send invoices via email :thinking:

I just want to clarify the issue here - is it that QuickFile isn’t sending the email (and if so, what errors are you seeing and where), or is it more of the email’s not being received?

I suspect it may be either that the email has bounced at some point, or the receiving mail server is rejecting it. Let me send you a private message to get a few more details. Please look for a green notification in the top right hand corner.
