This is the 3rd account I am setting up for a client and I am experiencing the same problem I have had before. I have received the first 5 email receipts to the portal but the rest seem to have not made it to the software.

Sometimes the receipts get caught up in the spam filters but this is cleared regularly. I have checked and I can’t see anything stuck. Have you made sure that you are sending them from the email address registered in the receipts hub?
When you say first 5 email receipts, do you mean the actual first 5 emails or first 5 attachments? There is a limit on the amount of attachments you can send in one go, which is 5. If you have more than this you would have to send multiple emails, or use Dropbox.
