Email receipts to quickfile

I’ve just set up the feature to email receipts to receipts@quickfile.co.uk. I’ve tried sending receipts from two separate email addresses - they are not appearing in Receipt Hub. Does it take some time for the feature to start working?

Did you add the email addresses your sending from to the list when you set it up?

Yes - i went into “settings/email my receipts to quickfile” and added in email addresses for myself and a colleague - and then sent receipts to receipts@quickfile.co.uk from those email addresses. Is there anything else to setup?

No that should be it. It might be a delay.

It looks as though your emails got caught in the spam filter - I have cleared this this morning so the receipts should show in your account shortly
