I Have sent a customer 2 invoices which they have received by email , but the estimate i sent at the same time via email cannot be seen .
Are you using SMTP or Quick File’s email system?
I am using Quick Files email system
Have you set up SPF records? This may help, but can’t understand why invoices work but estimates don’t.
Maybe @Glenn could advise on whether the logs say anything their end.
Are they all to the same recipient? Have you asked them to check their spam folder?
Setting up your own SMTP details on Quick File or configuring an SPF record is the best way to improve email reliability. Without this our server would be sending emails from your address and some email clients don’t like this and will quarantine the mail.
