I am emailing in PDF documents to receipthub but they are not feeding through. I’ve checked the obvious issues but its simply not coming through
Any thoughts
When this happened to me it turned out that gmail was treating everything sent by my address/domain as spam - the receipt hub runs off a gmail folder so if your messages are getting spam filtered by gmail then they’ll not make it to the hub.
If you run your own mail server I can share the script I installed on mine to feed documents in to the hub via the API, if that helps.
Its a kind offer but my email runs off Zoho. Its useful to know although I don’t know how I would fix it
