Emailing Invoices - new error

Hi

I have been emailing (attach as PDF) my invoices for quite a while now. This week something has changed and I am now getting an email fail and the following message in red. I have attached a screen shot.

Have you only recently changed your invoice numbering scheme to include those slashes, or have you been numbering them like that for a while (which suggests it’s a change by QuickFile in how they generate the attachment file names)?

I have always used this way of invoicing - nothing has changed. I am a very “simple” user.
