Emails from Quickfile not being received


My client is having problems sending estimate and invoices to certain clients on his quickfile and we dont know why. He has advised that he’s checked the emails are correct.

Could you help please?

Are they seeing any bounceback errors? Have they checked that the email haven’t gone into the junk/spam folders?


No, they havent received anything. The client has CC’d himself into the emails and received nothing. They’ve said they have checked all folders.

The CC function just sends a separate copy to the email address being used to log in, it doesn’t necessarily mean that their clients aren’t receiving the emails too.

We can check for bounces we would just need more information on the emails sent. If you could send a message to @QFSupport with the account number and details of the emails
