Emails not getting sent

Just recently it seems that my invoices and estimates aren’t getting threw to my customers.
I’ve sent myself a invoice and it doesn’t come threw?

Are you using your own SMTP server?

It looks like you’re using our mail server, there aren’t any backlogs or issues on our mail server. The test email you sent to yourself was from and to the same email address, i.e. the account sender address and the client address is the same. This may well cause the email to get blocked.
