How I can give an employee appropriate access to be able to change the payment terms on invoices in Quickfile.

Hi @Tick

If you go to Account Settings > Team Management, you can set up their own email address and password.

You can then restrict them to some of the specific permissions there if needed.

Thank you for your response. We access our client’s account via affinity account (they are already set up under Team details). They told us that they do not have access to amend invoice settings.
Please can you let me know how I can amend their access to allow them to edit invoice settings. Thanks

Are your clients set up as a team member on the QuickFile account itself?

Yes they are. Their names and email addresses are appearing under Team details and so is my name and email address
