Employee (who is also a customer) Pays for Item using cash or personal credit card. How to refund employee?

An employee of the company has paid for an item for company use using personal credit card. How do I refund the employee? (Employee has a Customer account if that helps.)

Paying back money to yourself or an employee is done by doing a bank transfer from your current account to the directors loan account (or set up a dummy bank for the employee if this is to be a regular occurrence)
