Error Code 100 bank feed


I am trying to set up the bank feed for a Barclays a/c, and have got error code 100.

I have checked my credentials, but I can’t see that I have made any errors.

Can you please advise on what I could of done wrong?

Error 100 means the feed can’t access your account, which is usually down to incorrect credentials.

Have you entered them all from scratch again to be sure?
Have you also set up your memorable word?

If we know your account number we can manually test the feed to see what’s going on. If you send it either of us on a private message we will investigate further for you.

In most cases error 100 means that the feed couldn’t progress, usually down to invalid credentials.
