Estimate Accepted Email

Hi Guys,

When an estimate is accepted we get an email like so:

–
Dear [QUICK FILE USER]

This is an automated message to advise you that estimate #[ESTIMATE NUMBER] was ACCEPTED by [NAME].

Client’s Purchase Order Reference: [ORDER REF]

You may convert this estimate into an invoice from the estimate view page.

This is all very well, but what it doesn’t tell you is that this has opened a message thread in Quickfile.

So improvement request would be:

  1. Link to the newly opened message in Quickfile
  2. Link to view the estimate in Quickfile.
