I have affinity account and I use the event log brower alot to check on staff who has done what on the software plus amount of time spent on clients data.It seems like the browser is stuck as you can see by my attachment it cant load the events how do i solve this please.

it has started showing 04.09.2024 but nothing else.Which I want to go back on older data when it was completed.
Have you tried putting in specific dates? It works fine on my affinity account.
yes i wanted to see all of june and july but cant get that to load its only the 04.09.2024 i can see only on this clients audit @QFMathew

I’m not able to replicate this issue on a test account, but let me send you a private message to see if we can find anything on that account in particular.
You should see a green notification in the top right corner shortly.
