Some of our clients accounts have a Event Log Browser and some don’t. We mainly set up clients ourselves on their behalf and we cannot understand why there are differences between accounting systems.

Only admins can view the event log browser, I think it’s likely that some users are logging in as admins and others are maybe using a non-admin account.
If you set up the accounts through your Affinity dashboard, then it’s likely that you would be the account administrator.
