Help i need to get into my clients and it is coming up with the following message on all of the clients, what do i do please?

Are you accessing the clients via Affinity?
I have just tested your account and I am not seeing any errors.
Have you tried testing an alternate browser or your phone as this suggests something local is blocking your connection?
The fault message went just after midnight x
