Existing user having difficulty logging in

I’m an existing user.
My email account egistered with Quickfile has changed. Quickfile tells me it has sent messages to my email address, which of course no longer works. My dedicated homepage eg. mycomany.quickfile.co.uk doesn’t seem to work either. I need to submit Corporation Tax but it seems I can’t login. I haven’t accesses this for a while, does my account expire through inactivity. Help
I can provide a new email address if necessary to login

Your account won’t expire but as you have changed your email unless you still know your password you will not be in a position to reset it. I will send you a private message to discuss further.
