I’m quite a new user. I’ve been using the Quickfile app to upload receipts which I’ve snapped on my phone. All seems to work well if I “tag” the receipt before uploading.
I don’t really want to do this in the middle of a busy store, though, sometimes. I just want to snap the receipt and upload it, then finish off the tagging in the peace and quiet of home, later.
However, if I just take the pic and tap “Tag Later”, I get the spinning circle of death for a while, then a message in a red background flashes up instantaneously, something like “File Limit Exceeded” (I can’t be certain because it lasts for less than a second), plus a random size between 5M and 19M. None of my pics are anything like this size: they’re about 1MB at most.
This seems to happen only with an untagged receipt.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Also, I have found a workaround which is to scan into OneDrive and use the Quickfile/OneDrive integration, which is probably what I’ll use moving forward … although as I have multiple Quickfile accounts and only one OneDrive account I’m going to have to think this through a bit!
The Dropbox integration allows you to use subfolders for each account so you could either use Dropbox just for receipts (it’s all I use it for), assuming the OneDrive integration doesn’t allow the same, don’t see why it shouldn’t though.
Thanks, yes I have set that up via my personal OneDrive account: it does indeed allow a sub-folder for each of the 3 organisations I use Quickfile for.
