We have some clients with account credits that were from overpayments. When we view all clients nothing shows on their balance that that client has a credit balance. It shows a nil.
We only found them by accident in the clients console.
How do we find any other clients who have a credit balance without going into every single client console which will take ages.
If you go into your list of clients, you can do a search for a credits column:
They then show up next to the balance column:
Hi thanks but the problem is that nothing shows in that credit column when I do that even though there is an amount showing on the client console.
