First digital VAT return

I am trying to transmit the first return and get this message:

Vat return submission to HMRC failed. 

By Gateway : Authentication Failure. The supplied user credentials failed validation for the requested service.

Can you please advise as I have already enrolled for MTD.

It also states:

MTD is now Live . Please first enroll for MTD within your HMRC Tax Account, then link your Tax Account [here]

Do you also need to enroll for tax account?

Hi @AnetteLake,

You need to register for MTD with HMRC - Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email from them.

You will then be able to connect your account via QuickFile. So please let me know if you have had the confirmation email and whether you are still getting this error.
