When clients pay Quickfile created invoices via Stripe then QF is updated immediately. All good!
However, I have an online business where, early each day, the website automatically generates monthly invoices for the appropriate clients and automatically takes payment via Stripe. The incoming Stripe payments are accumulated in QF into a single holding fund for all clients using this service and we raise a single invoice (for accounts/VAT purposes) at the end of each month to cover all of the payments received for the month - the online system sends them their own individual VAT invoices on each specific day.
It all works fine. The only aspect I find slightly annoying is that as the online invoice/Stripe collection occurs starting at 6 am BST each day (5 am GMT) and runs for up to 30 minutes, the QuickFile daily Stripe update has already occurred, so basically my Stripe totals are always a day out of step.
It’s not the end of the world, but it would be nice if I could either tell QF not to do its daily Stripe update until after this timeslot or if there was a way of telling QF manually to do an update.
Is this possible? Have I missed something that permits this?
