Hi
I need to send my supplier some free issue parts.
How do I generate a delivery/packing note and also leave some kind of audit trail?
Thought about using invoice but wouldn’t allow zero value!?

Hi Chris,

I think the only way to do this would be to create an invoice and then a credit note. There is no way to create a £0 invoice and also, there isn’t a way of creating a delivery note without an invoice.

No, as far as I am aware there are no plans to allow £0 invoices
