Full Payment reported as Partial with Paymentsense (VAT not included)

Hi,

We just implemented Paymentsense for our invoices and had an invoice paid.

The invoice was for £2 + VAT = £2.4. The confirmed payment in Paymentsense is £2.4, but it gets reported in Quickfile as £2, so partial payment.

Is this a known issue or just happening to us ?

Thank you, @PeterK No need, we removed/added the full payments manually.

We fixed the issue here, it was a rounding the payment amount coming back from PS as an integer. It’s related to a recent conversion we did on the code. I apologise but it should now work correctly going forward, I will mark as solved for now and leave this thread open for a few months just in case the issue reappears.
