Give view access only

Hi
I want to give someone fully access to the system but on a look only basis. They would be allowed to see Sales Purchase Nominal etc but not change anything.

I have already posted this but after setting up what i thought was right the users are still able to amend /delete items. I want to give a purely look BUT not amend access

Hi @LVSCTreasurer

There isn’t a strict “view only” option, but you may be able to achieve restricted access with the permissions available.

All permissions can be found by going to Account Settings >> Team Management, and then click the padlock symbol next to the relevant team member.
