Is it possible to disable a payment method on a global basis and enable it for certain clients? The policy of our sports association is to accept card payments only (Stripe) with direct debit (GoCardless) being a fall-back option for those sports clubs without a debit card, but we want to allow clients to use GoCardless on an ad-hoc basis.
