GoCardless DD is set up but won’t automatically collect payments. Easy on Kashflow - but I can’t get it to work on quickfile.

For standard invoices, you will need to request the funds manually. With recurring invoices however, you can do this in the invoice template by ticking the ‘Auto-bill’ box.

What type of invoices are you trying to collect for? Perhaps I can help with a few guidance notes :slight_smile:
