Getting errors again trying to claim monies from GoCardless this error and emails to say payments have failed
One or more Direct Debit requests could not be processed:
Value cannot be null.Parameter name: e

Can i continue to rely on these two integrating ?

Hi there @lee, this has been fixed now and should go live by the end of today.

We’ve been looking at that particular error today, although we’ve only seen it on your account so far. That particular pre-authorisation has been cancelled on the client side. Unfortunately the error message we’re sending back is not user friendly, we are looking into this at the moment.

No because the pre configured auto direct debits are working, just the manual one i tried taking today
