GoCardless Payment Integration Settings have disappeared

We have been using GoCardless with Quickfile for around 6 months and have hundreds of clients mandates setup.

However, the GoCardless payment settings have disappeared on the “Settings - Payment Integrations” page and now the ‘Activate’ option is showing.

Moreover, direct debits have failed to be collected.
