This is similar to our previous enquiries regarding payouts but I have noticed a balance in our Go Cardless holding account and was wondering how often this gets paid out into the You Store It Ltd account.
I read online that it is 2 days from a user payment but our last payout was the 28th February 2019. How often does the go cordless account payout?
GoCardless works a little differently to Stripe, the payouts to your current account aren’t automatically added to the feed. Instead if you check your current account you should see the payout from GoCardless, when this appears it will need to be tagged as a transfer from the GoCardless Merchant Account in QuickFile.
As to how long it takes for payouts to appear it can be anywhere from 7-9 days from memory. You should be able to see the status of any payouts from your GoCardless dashboard.
