GoCardless pre-authorisation link doesn't work

When setting up a new pre-authorisation, both ‘Show me the link and I will email the client’ and ‘Send an email to the client (preview)’ no longer function.

The link that it directs to do not work.

The link:
Show me the link and I will email the client
redirects to quickfile homepage

and the:
Show me the link and I will email the client
goes to a login for the quickfile account holder.

Couple months ago this worked, and directed to the gocardless payment setup.

I’m a frequent user of this as I bill all clients by gocardless and it’s never done this before. I expect gocardless have done something that has broken it.

We have been having this problem with our clients since last Thursday. Any ida how long may it take to resolve?

@rudolph - If you’re aware of any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us about them. While most are picked up quite quickly, there are a few that by-passes us.
