Just received an email from gocardless regarding there new plans and pricing. I wanted to know if QF has a contract with them for pricing or do we DIY this on their website?

Any sign ups with GoCardless are done directly with them. There’s nothing between GoCardless and QuickFile in regards to users of both platforms.

Received this from the Gocardless help desk after raising a ticket about what to do:
Firstly, you can check your current GoCardless plan from within the GoCardless Dashboard by going to
- Settings >
- Company Information >
- Edit account details >
- Account Details >
- Select Package.
Moving forward, to ensure your account is updated to your preferred pricing plan the request will need to be submitted from an admin of the account before the date stated on the notification email you received , otherwise your account will be updated to the plan we have recommended for you.
