Hi, I’m trying to set up my first direct debit instruction via GoCardless but the customer is reporting an error:
Sent them the link that was issued via the client screen.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

The customer tried again and was successful this time. Not sure why it failed the first time.

Sorry to hear you’re having a problem here.
Since you set up GoCardless with this account, has it been connected to another QuickFile account, or disconnected at all (either from QuickFile or from GoCardless)?
It’s not been connected to another account or disconnected at any point.
I tried using it back in December but had other issues with it. All seems to be working now though
