Has my VAT return been submitted

My VAT report records that my return is saved. It does not clearly state it has been submitted. i am registered with MTD (my last VAT return via QF was properly submitted).
How do I check the accurate status. How do I ensure it has been submitted?

Hi @petershaw

If it’s showing as “SAVED”, then it’s only been saved - not submitted. You would need to roll the return back, recreate it and submit it.

Although you’re registered for MTD, have you successfully linked your HMRC and QuickFile accounts? If a return is submitted, it would show as “SUBMITTED” along with a reference from HMRC.
