Has the encryption flaw called the Heartbleed bug affected anything within Quickfile?
No it hasn’t… all our infrastructure is built upon Windows based servers. The Heartbleed exploit was specific to certain versions of OpenSSL running on Linux based machines.
EDIT: I would add that due to the wide scope of this exploit (possibly affecting 2/3rds of all websites at some point), if you are using a password for Quick File that you have also previously used elsewhere I would recommend changing it.
For added security you can also enable 2 factor authentication in Quick File.
