Help reconciling Paypal account

Hi Guys, as many have found, I have an issue reconciling my Paypal account due to foreign currency transactions. The only resolutions I have found are quite old and I cannot seem to find how to write these off as Currency Loss/Gains.

At present I have a positive difference of £3.64 to which I have been advised as it is a small amount, I can write it off as loss/gains due to foreign currency. Can you please explain how I can do this?

I saw a post saying go in to the account settings and select Currency Loss/Gains but I cannot find this option anywhere?

This is only available on a non-GBP bank account. However, all this does is create a GBP journal to move the balance from the nominal code for the bank account and move it to 7902 Currency Charges. If the difference is as little as £3.64, you may be able to just tag it as “Something else not on the list”, and select 7902.
